Changing Your Mind (Standard Returns) If you have ordered items in error or no longer require them, you are welcome to return them for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions: * **Perfect Condition:** All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in completely re-sellable condition. * **Original Packaging:** Items must be in their original, undamaged retail packaging. * **No Return for Damaged Products:** We strictly cannot accept returns, credits, or exchanges for products that have been damaged on-site, handled poorly, or stored incorrectly after delivery. ## 2. Items Damaged in Transit (Upon Delivery) If your order arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged by the delivery courier, we will provide a full replacement or credit note. To claim for transit damage, you must strictly follow these steps: 1. **Note the Damage:** Write **"DAMAGED"** clearly on the courier's delivery documents or handheld device before signing and letting the driver leave. 2. **Report Immediately:** Notify our customer service team via email or phone within **5 working days** of receiving the delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the damage. 3. **Return Timeline:** The damaged items must be physically returned to our warehouse or local branch within **14 days** of delivery for verification. ## 3. Manufacturing Defects & Faulty Goods If a product fails to perform or breaks due to an inherent manufacturing defect (such as brittle plastic or a factory mix fault): * **Inspection Process:** The item must be returned to us for formal evaluation. * **Credit on Return:** We operate a strict "credit on return" policy. Once our team or the manufacturer verifies a genuine factory defect, a full refund or replacement will be processed. * **Exclusions:** This does not cover faults caused by incorrect installation, forceful handling, or misuse on-site.
